For many years now, The Irwin Team with Keller Williams Realty has specialized in residential real estate investment. Unlike traditional real estate professionals that are typically localized to the buying or selling of homes within a specific city or community, our investment expertise is more national in scope. We work with individuals from across the country that have learned a means to achieve wealth can be accomplished by accumulating real estate in addition to their primary residence.
We help these individuals identify the best real estate areas to invest. This would be current areas of the country that have the greatest need for new housing and/or significant anticipated population growth. We then research the area and assemble a local network of builders, real estate agents, lenders and property management expertise.
One of our goals is to offer renters and potential home buyers a unique opportunity towards home ownership by bringing them and our investors together with our exclusive Rent-To-Own Program. Principals
David Irwin has been a full time Realtor since moving to Florida in 2002. He was a part-time realtor and full time appraiser for 15 years as well as an active real estate investor in his 20’s.
As a professional, he was number 10 in the country for Keller Williams Realty out of 72,000 agents with 90 million in sales and 660 transactions in 2005.
He is a Real Estate Investment Specialist that works exclusively with investors. He has been on Millionaire Mondays twice, interviewed by Jay Papasan, who has been on the New York Times best seller list twice.
He was selected by Wall Street Journal Number 10 of all Realtors in USA by transaction sides in 2006.
He was selected to be in the Who’s Who of real estate for 2007.
Personally he holds 12 million in real estate and has been investing since the age of 20. He is licensed in the state of Florida and Mississippi.
He currently leads an Internet marketing based team in the state of Mississippi, focused on affordable housing, working with investors on rebuilding the Mississippi Coast after Katrina.

AFTER ATTENDING COLLEGE ON A SCHOLARSHIP, NOLON WORKED IN SEVERAL AREAS OF THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY INCLUDING ACCOUNTING, SALES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. NOLON IS ALSO ACTIVELY INVOLVED WITH HELPING CHILDREN IN NEED THROUGH THE UNITED WAY, CAMP RAP-A-HOPE, THE PRESCHOOL FOR THE SENSORY IMPAIRED AND ST. PATRICK’S ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION.
